Introducing Nasuni Navigators: Amplifying the Voice of the Customer

Nasuni’s Mackenzie LeBert introduces a new initiative for the hybrid cloud company’s growing roster of enterprise customers.

At Nasuni, our customers are the heart of everything we do. While it may sound like a cliché, it’s the truth: the Voice of the Customer (VoC) is embedded in every part of our business. Today, I’m excited to introduce a new initiative aimed at amplifying that voice: Nasuni Navigators. 

The Nasuni Navigators program is designed for the innovators and leaders at the forefront of hybrid cloud transformation. These are the customers who are not only adopting technology, but driving change, overcoming challenges, and pioneering new ways to work in the cloud.

This program will provide a structured forum where these thought leaders can connect, collaborate, and shape the future of Nasuni. Participants will gain early insights into product roadmaps for our hybrid cloud platform, interact directly with Nasuni’s product leadership, and access exclusive content and events (both virtually and in-person). And, best of all, this program is open to all Nasuni customers.

Why we prioritize the VoC

As an IT leader, you know the importance of customer feedback — it’s more than just feature requests. For us, the VoC goes beyond understanding what features customers want next. It’s about improving the overall customer experience, ensuring long-term success, and continuously refining our solutions to meet evolving needs.

Through Nasuni Navigators, we aim to expand the conversations that happen in more exclusive settings, such as our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), to reach a broader range of customers. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting our CAB at our Boston headquarters. We brought together customers from a dozen accounts who represent a variety of industries that are powered by Nasuni. The CAB feedback provided positive reinforcement in our direction for next year, validated our approach to enabling customers to derive value from AI, and overall helped us to learn more about our day-to-day product users.

By scaling these insights through Nasuni Navigators, we’re able to engage with a broader cross-section of our customer base, ensuring we remain in lockstep with the challenges and opportunities facing IT leaders today.
